First of all five stars is not enough. They deserve at least six. I bought a forklift from them and they gave me better service than I ever expected. It is good to see that the world still has people that are extremely decent and honest and take excellent care of their customers. Highly recommended

Have purchased MULTIPLE forklifts from them over the past few years. Never had an issue until my last purchase. They sold me a defective unit and after 4 times of picking it up and driving it back to their shop for repair, I asked them to replace. They told me that they would get it working and assured me that they would take care of me. Well it is broken again and now I am being told that they will not cover it. The machine is only MONTHS old. Unreal. These guys have went down hill over the past few years. Read the other review and STAY AWAY. Will have my attorney deal with this.

Called 3/15/2023 for service for a bad tire. Took 3 phone calls to finally get a quote a week later. They gave me a date a week later to replace the tire and when I called asking them where they are they said they can't make it and gave me a new date 5 days out. If you want good, prompt service call someone else because you are not getting it from National Lift Truck.

AVOID THIS PLACE. They will charge you an arm and a leg and not even leave your lift running. They dont care about the customer at all. Go some place else. All positive reviews here came from employees.

dont you dare show up or call within an hour of opening or closing. they can't do anything until they have been open an hour or if it's less then 60 minutes to closing. I have tried to open an account here 3 times each time it was 3:30 PM or a little after they opened. each time I filled out the proper paperwork and the next time I called or came in to buy parts they have never heard of me and cant sell me anything unless I open an account.... it's a joke. I'm surprised management doesn't do something about that. nick will learn his lesson the hard way. I will call again tomorrow and see whose going to be the next person I call out by name on this post. they have wasted at least 5 hours of my time. I will be returning the favor by wasting 10 hours of their time. might by some stuff and cancel the check or despite the charges.. what ever feels right at the time..
