In all honesty, there is always room for improvement in the need for dispatch clean up there are 4 dispatchers that needs to be educated in respecting PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS.

It is a good company, but they need to find some dispatchers that care about there drivers and keep them moving. They need to look at all the load boards just not a couple. another hand owner operators need to take the loads that the dispatcher are giving cause sitting around isn't making you no money.
