If there is anyway to give this tour bus company a zero I surely would do it. Bruce Head, our driver on 8/27 bus number Mid 113 should be fired and if he was my employee he would be. He was verbally abusive to passengers. Threatened to dump us ( the Cruiseline group) off in a foreign country on the street if we (the group) didn’t shut up and listen to his narration. He said he’d done it before and he’d do it again. He verbally degraded and criticized the Cruiseline industry, America and Americans. Criticized American foreign policy and threatened retaliation. Said he has no intention of changing anything he said. We felt like hostages. I was afraid for my safety. I will never set foot in Canada the rest of my life.
