Below zero stars, Transportation company agonist drivers weird!!!!! Strange faces sit in a container, looking down on the drivers.

The negative reports from drivers are real. I looked and asked about why so many negative reviews and I was told that it's because the laziness of the drivers are why. So I started with them.. The first week was orientation it pays 400 for the week.. nothing on the second week then 21 days after starting the first day of orientation it takes 21 days before you see a check. With the deferments of the lease deductions it looks like you make a decent check. Moving into the next weeks you see lower checks. The company prides in leaving OK with great LH then once you get to destination it's hard to gross enough to pay yourself. They only count your loaded miles to fill their narrative in showing cents per mile. You have front and in cab cameras. 65 on the floor 68 on cruise. I you decide to leave the company because you can do the math and realize that its just better for some people to go W-2 then they will take back and back charge you for orientation pay and meals they provide. It's a revolving door. Just read the reviews and believe the reviews and make your own decisions based on reviews they are here for a reason.

Worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about any of the employees Not even the drivers. Crappy equipment and management. Don't waste your time.

This company is ruining our small carrier company with a single bad review. We are struggling with a review that has been posted on carrier 411. It has been more than 4 months we tried apologizing for a situation we had no control over. We had asked to be removed from a load because the driver refused to pickup load and ended dead heading home dropping our truck. We tried calling and giving enough time to recover the load, but was told that they were just going to give us a bad review even after we explained what the situation was. We don't have a big fleet and we do our best to deliver and pick up loads on time. We are a Christian based company with values. The person at the time that posted the review didn't even care about our situation and the fact that we were giving them a heads-up and calling to apologize that we couldn't pickup the load that day. He was very rude and just cursed the whole time. I understand sometimes we have bad days but this review is more than enough to get us out of getting a good load and out of business. We depend on this job and other people do as well. I would really appreciate it if they would reconsider And could remove that complaint from that Platform and allow us to continue working together. Thank you.
