    The negative reports from drivers are real. I looked and asked about why so many negative reviews and I was told that it's because the laziness of the drivers are why. So I started with them.. The first week was orientation it pays 400 for the week.. nothing on the second week then 21 days after starting the first day of orientation it takes 21 days before you see a check. With the deferments of the lease deductions it looks like you make a decent check. Moving into the next weeks you see lower checks. The company prides in leaving OK with great LH then once you get to destination it's hard to gross enough to pay yourself. They only count your loaded miles to fill their narrative in showing cents per mile. You have front and in cab cameras. 65 on the floor 68 on cruise. I you decide to leave the company because you can do the math and realize that its just better for some people to go W-2 then they will take back and back charge you for orientation pay and meals they provide. It's a revolving door. Just read the reviews and believe the reviews and make your own decisions based on reviews they are here for a reason.

    Paul is a good company get you home like promised the trainers are great guys if you meet Clint man funny guy knows the job and made it fun to learn the Paul way of securing loads he made me feel welcome and I had the best driver manager shoutout to Brittany

    The truck that I got, tires on front was pop corn and wanted to send me out with them, Lol. Fender falling off on the truck, I left a 2019 with 200,000 miles on it, for a 2016 with nearly 500,000 miles, I really need kicking myself in the U know what.....

    Stay as far away as possible unless you're a new driver. The home time and benefits are about average. Load types for Nucor dedicated were mostly supplies for Blytheville Nucor like coil bands, taking old machine parts out to shops to have them refurbished and brought back, very rarely actually haul any steel or coils most everywhere I went as a dedicated driver should've been done with a van. Tarp 100% of the loads with 8ft drop tarps.
