Sun coach bus line. Bus number 3684 at 6:15am just ran a stop sign and pulled right out in front of us!!! If we don’t slam on the brakes we would have hit them!!! We were traveling on homestead Duquesne road and they ran the stop sign on Duquesne Ave. this driver needs fired. I have photos.

My son is special needs and nonverbal. The bus driver stayed his boss told him to leave my child there was no adult home due to I was in the hospital, when I contacted them the man lied said his name was Him stated “You black people need to do better” also stated he will do this again. They think this situation has been swept under the rug and around this time another nonverbal child went missing and unfortunately passed away. This isn’t only negligence but child endangerment as well against Pendot protocols. My son has a iep door to door as well adult to child which is in the iep

This morning at 7:27am stopped at a stop light on 8th Ave in Homestead a Sun Coach Line short bus pulled up beside me in the parking lane. 8th Ave is a one lane road albeit wide. Typically when people pull into the parking lane they are taking a right only to find out when the light turned green the driver continued forward driving in the parking lane! The bus was #1820 with a PA license plate of SB29568 if anyone cares at the company.

McKeesport school district bus number 115 goes at least 45 mph on a residential white oak street on poinsettia Dr

Driver was going at least 55 mph on a 25 speed limit on Forbes Ave, then 45 on a 25 on South Braddock Ave, then ran the light at Hutchinson in Regent Square. Put your kid's on this bus at their own risk!!! Bus 3720 at 7:30 ish am

Where do I begin… •Never on time •Argumentative when you call them asking if the bus came or is it on the way. •Lies upon lies when you call. •Makes up a different story every week. •Makes up a different pickup time every week. •One of the most unprofessional bus companies in the area. If your school is using this company, you’re better off driving your children yourself.

Worse bus company I’ve ever dealt with it’s been two years now. The first year my son’s bus driver always left him at his school stating he’s never outside of the school. I switched him schools because we lived too far to keep picking him up and the company never cared when I called. This year anytime I call about her bus they are rude as ever anytime I call them I need help finding out how I can make some kind of complaint.

Bus drivers have no regard for others by constantly parking at stop signs after finishing their morning route. There are 3 suitable parking lots nearby, but the bus drivers don't care and will often brush you off, if confronted. This is causing traffic to blindly go around them by going on the wrong side of the road and makes it very dangerous for children who walk to school that way as there is NO SIDEWALK. Many complaints to the garage had been filed, it still continues. This is unacceptable and the next step is to phone the police to watch the area.

They are routinely HOURS late yet have the audacity to tell me I have to be out there 10 minutes before scheduled pick up drop off time. I also DO NOT trust there drivers but have no other choice, I have seen other buses of there's not other to use turn signals and cut people off. Us parents should look into suing them.

They deserve zero stars because everyone in the company from the owner on down is grossly incompetent. They also refuse to accept responsibility for their own mistakes and blame it on the school districts that are trapped into contracts with their horrible company.
