The most pathetic irresponsible company you will find anywhere. They lie to all the time to get drivers to complete problems that supervisors should be doing. You hear the company named Penske and think wow they must be a good company to work for could not be the furthest from the truth they have the worst supervisors of any company. Even the HR department does not help drivers they never answer phone calls and if you are lucky enough to talk to someone about a complaint against management they lie to you and say they will look into it but nothing ever gets done Corporate does not know how bad of supervisors they have constantly running off very good experienced drivers all the time and they do nothing to terrible supervisors who should be fired who know nothing about the trucking business it is unbelievable the how this company operates I am a 30 year experienced Driver and have never seen such a terribly managed company like this over my years If you are a driver looking for a good company don't be fooled by the Penske name this place is by far one of the worst if not the worst place you will ever be treated as a driver I warn all of you good drivers to not waste your time at this company IT is not just me that feels this way about them I have many connections to drivers here and they all feel the same way the majority of people is where the truth is How the supervisors get away with how they treat drivers nobody understands why they get away with it and corporate does nothing to look into it because their incompetent managers I am sure are lying to corporate to make everything seem ok. Corporate are you people blind as to what is going on with your company do you really want such a terrible reputation you are getting in this trucking industry all because of the irresponsible supervisors you have at this company Wake up people and do something about it for the sake of hard working drivers who do not deserve to be treated the way your so managers talk to and totally disrespect drivers. WAKE UP PENSKE!!!!!

Been with them 3 years, I can't be with them anymore, ai cameras don't tell the truth, management are nothing but corp. Puppet's. No matter what they screw up,the drivers get the blame.they smile to your face an stab you in the back.the trucks have so many warning sensors you'll get points against you every day. Then they threaten you with termination. It is very stressful to work there.

The only reason I'm at this company now is because the company that I was working at before was bought out by this company. This company made a whole bunch of promises about how much we were gonna get raises and get better equipment. They promised us just about everything and delivered mostly nothing. My biggest gripe with this company. Is there driver facing cameras and it's just not the driver fixing cameras it is a driving facing camera along withA.I. Infrared camera that detects head movement eye, blinking, yawning, distracted, driving. And if you do any of these things, they will deduct points off of you such as yawning eating drinking as well as they follow too close if somebody cut you off and you don't get on your brakes immediately that's another score against you. In my opinion, this company has gone down the tubes and it's basically harassing the drivers and I really believe they want us to quit so on a scale of one to 10 of whether or not I recommend anybody work for this company. It would be a -10 until these companies figure out that treating their drivers like they're stupid and incompetent means they don't need to be hauling any loads and they need to go out of business

    TruckersReport Review

As a former Class A driver and an Operations Manager for nearly two decades, I've seen the industry evolve dramatically. The accounts I've managed in the Northeast U.S. highlight a concerning trend: the pool of truly professional drivers has dwindled, making way for what I can only describe as "wheel-huggers" who seem more concerned with entitlement than performance. The Shift in Professionalism The difference between the "real drivers" of the past and many entrants today is stark. When I drove, and for the true professionals still on the road, the focus was on safety, efficiency, and personal accountability. Today, that often seems replaced by a startling lack of preparedness and a constant search for conflict. • Safety and Unsafe Behaviors: I have personally witnessed and received reports of truly unsafe behaviors on the road that would have been unthinkable years ago. This negligence puts the public, the company's assets, and the driver's own career at risk. • Management Issues: The issues management receives from these unprofessional drivers go beyond simple job performance. They often involve a fundamental misunderstanding of what a driving career demands. The Reality of On-Board Cameras Let's address the most common complaint: on-board safety cameras. • My Stance: To be honest, if you have an issue with cameras, do not sign the offer letter. It's a non-negotiable part of modern commercial safety protocols. • The HR Burden: The volume of calls and complaints that HR receives about basic work requirements-like cameras, or performing the job itself-are, by far, some of the dumbest and weakest crying over work I've ever encountered. These complaints waste countless hours and resources that could be spent supporting true professionals. The Bottom Line A professional commercial driving career is exactly that-a profession. It requires discipline, adherence to safety rules, and an acceptance of the tools designed to protect you and the company. The sooner new drivers accept the reality of modern trucking-including the oversight-the sooner they can focus on what matters: driving safely and earning a good living.
