Whoever was driving bus number 542 Friday around 2:30 to 3 PM needs to be fired the way you cut that corner on bridge and Charles was absolutely dangerous and you could have hit every car that was on Charles Avenue. You had no concern for anybody not even the people on the bus with the way you were driving Get that man off the road before he kill someone.

This company is being used by the PreK center I chose for my child. Obviously, as any other parent, the safety of my child is what’s important to me. Unfortunately, I’m unable to utilize this company’s school buses because upon our first attempt at pickup, they demonstrated their disregard for their reported ETA and then didn’t bother to show up. However that wasn’t the most egregious part of their error, it was when I attempted to make contact with dispatch to find out if/when they might arrive. The entire dispatch team isn’t terrible, “Rhonda” is lovely. However, there is an employee in dispatch that handles themselves in a manner that is not only unprofessional, it’s not safe. These are our kids. Because of this, I personally bring my child to and from school, even though it would be more convenient for me to have them take the bus. You cannot take chances. Not with this company. Not with your child.

Everything was great

We booked a couple school busses to shuttle our wedding guests to and from our wedding, and everything went smoothly! Our shuttles arrived at the hotel on time to pick everyone up, and arrived at the venue on time at the end of the night. Overall, very reliable service! Communication with them could have been better, there were a few times I waited longer than I would have liked to receive an email response, but other than that I don't have any complaints.

Great company
