Pinnacle Trucking LLC

We’ve had a great experience working with Pinnacle. Their team is professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. It’s always a pleasure partnering with companies that value efficiency and reliability.

There are 2 units in this warehouse. Apex shipping receiving at Dock 29 close to dumpster. Open at 8am. Open Yard can park here.

I will never except a load from here again. They are always messing up paperwork. I had four stops. They didn't bother to make an appointment for the 3rd stop. Nor did they have all the necessary paperwork. So I was turned away. Luckily the 4th stop was able to take, and later deliver, the pallets for the 3rd stop.

This is one of those rare places where loading is a real pleasure; the entire staff here is incredibly pleasant, from the shipping office team to the warehouse personnel. They are very cordial and treat drivers like human beings. A 10++ for this warehouse.

Fast loading have restroom. for driver

In the trucking industry, trust means the world to me. And Pinnacle, is a rockstar in this business. Between Debbie, and her team, I feel as a family member. They look out for my business also. THANK YOU!!

Called as a potential Carrier was told to email over my info and never heard anything back. Once I finally reached out again for the fourth attempt, I was told to fill out there packet then there load Board would be accessible. Still nothing after multiple email/call attempts. Communication is completely off over there.

Nice Place, Delivered here and unloaded in 30 min. Not busy at all. People at front desk very polite, pleasant forklift guy. Plenty of room to maneuver. I would come back 100%

I HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle Freight Systems for your shipping needs. Been working with them for years-they never disappoint! Customer service is impeccable- shout-out to Matt and Andrea for their excellent customer service that is provided daily, we appreciate it!
