    FCFS with favors and disorganization. Picking up a load. Go in to check in when arrived told to come back in when 2 trucks pull out. 2 trucks pull out, go back inside and theres a line and all of those drivers are ahead of me now and they are all pissed off too. Place is a joke. Get organized!

    Upon arrival, they gave us the door. Even though the appointment was an hour late. They unloaded quickly. But there's not much room to maneuver. Lots of trucks arrive.

    In extreme weather, they leave you standing at the door because it's almost 8 o'clock, with the driver standing outside in the cold. And they don't open the door for him; this is in the receiving area.
