Pocono Transportation INC

Ron is the man. Great place and super trustworthy

Nice folks that treat you right.

Ron legg From Pocono, Towing and Recovery was amazing. He arrived way before the estimated time and he helped my daughter and I who were stranded on the side of the highway. He got the vehicle to a safe place, Had a friend take a look at the car to see if it could be quickly fixed, And also made sure that I got to my hotel safely. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help or is stranded. My daughter and I thank you!

My experience with this business has been fantastic, specifically with Nathan (shop manager), and Aaron (owner). In a world where there’s a lot of inferior repair shops with poor ethics and practices, this is not one of them. It’s refreshing to deal with a business where the owner is on-site, and actually cares about customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work guys.

When I was there, they told me lots of stuff was wrong with my bus and only changed me for visual inspection.. they seem super honest i will be a return customer.

Planning a wedding in the Poconos comes with its own set of challenges since everything is a bit more remote than getting married in a city. That said, Pocono Transportation made navigating the area so much easier! My husband and I recently got married at Pocono Palms in Cresco, PA, with 125 guests in attendance. We searched high and low for shuttle options but kept running into companies that either couldn’t accommodate all of our guests or were drastically overcharging for the location. Then we found Pocono Transportation and we’re so glad we did! We worked with Renee, who is an absolute gem. She was so kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up booking two school buses for our wedding day, which turned out to be the perfect amount for our guest count. Both the buses and drivers were punctual, professional, and helped take a huge weight off our shoulders when it came to day-of logistics. We highly recommend using Pocono Transportation for your wedding or event, you won’t regret it!

Setting expectations right! Wait time and all was clearly articulated and work was done promptly. Good service. Emission Inspection Great

Easy drop off -- pickup...lots of room to turn around

They towed our truck to our garage for repairs quickly and with great care of the truck and our property. The truck was tucked into our curved driveway, and it was difficult to retrieve with the rollback tow truck. There were many obstacles, but they did a fantastic job. Thank you!

They are very reasonable with towing services through AAA and the drivers are always respectful, I have not dealt with them for actual repairs so I can't say anything on that subject
