WERNER is just another corporation that will tell you what you want to hear and then screw you! the people that work at the terminals are OK, however the people in Omaha are idiots. They have no idea what they are talking about or doing. Dispatch people are arrogant and incompetent beyond belief. In the three weeks I drove for them they gave loads that were already days late. They were live loads and unloads. their customer service refused to change appointment dates because that would make Werner look bad. So I had to deal with irate customers, wait up to seven hours to unload or load for free and burn my hours up. Every trailer needed repairs, spent 40 hours in two weeks waiting for repairs. I spent my own money to make repairs they refused to reimburse me even for a light bulb! cleared $500 a week
