Preferred Transport & Distribution

I’ve been using Preferred Transport & Distribution for all my dry van shipments out of the Atlanta area, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. Their drivers are punctual, their customer service team is responsive and easy to work with, and their pricing is always fair. A dependable partner I can count on every time.

Really impressed with these guys. Phillip, Ashley & Stephanie have great attitudes, communication and execution.

Without a doubt one of the best truck companies in Georgia, They are all kind and courteous. Go beyond measures to give you exactly what you want. This family owned business will always be my number one go to. Reasonably priced and great customer service.

Preferred Transport is a really great company. They are always willing to go out of their way to help you if they can, even at the last minute. We have been doing business with Preferred for years. Super nice people to deal with.

Have been working with the crew @ Preferred for at least 3 years now. Service is consistently good with pick ups / deliveries made on a timely basis. What's a real plus, is that if there is a problem (and hey it's trucking, so there are always issues), I hear about it right away. Consolidation service pricing has been great & I have been able to steer freight away from volume LTL at better rate and with quicker service.

I am a 3PL in Atlanta and have been using Preferred for 19 years. They are honest, provides consistently good service, good people to work with, if they mess up they will make it right, and definitely worth the extra dollar to assure my freight is being taken care of. Highly recommended.

Preferred Trans. & Dist. has been hauling my freight for darn near 20 years! Great CSR and great service period! Absolutely fantastic group to work with & now even my clients request them to handle these big expensive pieces of machinery!! You can't and won't go wrong using them. They aren't infallible, errors & mistakes happen, we are after all only human, however, it is how they are handled that matter and these folks go above and beyond to make a situation right!

Preferred Transport has been handling our LTL shipments on a regular basis for almost 20 years. They have always provided excellent service and their rates are better than most. Erin is a great CSR with top notch communication skills.
