The staff did a great job. They addressed all of my queries patiently. outlined all that had just happened or was soon to. The gentlemen were all very courteous. They were actually well-liked by my therapy dog. I appreciate the assistance!

Hey Prime, just wanted to let you know that the women’s showers in in bound and out bound are truly disgusting. All three showers have bugs, hair and mold growing. Floors have not been swept or mopped is quite a long time because of the dust. Truly grossed out, I expect this from truck stops but not here. Also, can we address all the dog poop that is never cleaned up. This is frustrating when I’m walking my pups and I have bags ready to clean up after them no matter where I’m at. This spreads disease to humans and other pets because if drivers are too lazy to clean up have there pet what makes you think the pets are vaccinated properly. Also so gross when I have to clean the bottom of my shoes before going back to my truck. The grass is usually long and can’t see the poop. It’s never a tiny poop either it’s large dogs. Drivers need to be held accountable. Please address these issues. Here are some pictures of the showers not taking pics of poop. I think you get the idea.
