Trying to get ahold of dispatch.. almost impossible. Been on hold for over an hour

Terrible Service. My Mom was supposed to be picked up at 815 at her facility and nobody showed up. Tried calling and just hangs up. Absolutely will never deal with them again.

Something you need to know they are getting paid! They contract with caresource. And the reason they don't care it's because they are prepaid for these rides and these poor helpless people who may be very ill are left abandoned and then lied on. They will put down that the rider was a NO-SHOW while laughing at your sad life counting there money. I suggest you call your insurance immediately and report because chances are they reported you as a NO-SHOW and can totally block you

They have no problem making you late for appointments…one time is a mistake but over three times is ridiculous there was even a time where I was stuck for over two hours at the hospital and everytime I called they gave me a different update on my driver just for them to schedule me a new ride because they were all incorrect about the driver being on the way to me I understand they notify ppl of a two hour window but for appointments specifically it shouldn’t matter why ask the time if you’re going to give me a driver uk won’t arrive on time two hour window or not the driver is notified of when pick up time is they have have drivers specifically for appointments and specifically for other errands if I say my appointment starts at 2:00pm don’t be bold enough to arrive at 3:00pm and tell me it’s because of a two hour pick up window I mean logically it doesn’t make sense anyway I’d have to cancel my appointment so don’t even send the driver if they’re going to be late picking me up for an appointment this review is from three different set backs this is my last straw with provide a ride I’m sick with hyperemisis and I’ve I’m stranded because just like at a previous appointment they left me stranded everytime I call they have a different arrival time just for the driver to never show I now have to use money that I needed to get too and from work for a uber I’m a high risk pregnancy I have so many health issues and yall are leaving me stranded when I should be at home resting not sitting in a healthcare building for hours I’m taking legal action because this is unacceptable - I’m typing this three months later how are they still in business ima make sure they get investigated I see a poor lady on here complaint about them making her mother constantly late or not showing up for her moms dialysis appointment why as a company would you offer to take people to appointments then give the drivers a two hour window from the pick up time given so many times during my pregnancy I missed appointments due to this and I was a high risk pregnancy they don’t care about anyone’s health whoever is in charge can not run a business especially one this complex people have been complaining for years and again why give a TWO HOUR window for drivers to be late the appointment is missed at that point(I’m about to book a ride for my newborn let that ride show up disrespectfully late and I’m getting the law involved peoples health is NOT to be played with)

I just got completely cut off by one of the vans, no turn signal driving like 15 miles per hour above the speed limit with patients in the vehicle.

Shout out to Tanika who arranged transportation for my grandmother over the phone. She is incredibly kind, patient, & knowledgeable! I was unable to find any other place to leave feedback for this stellar employee so I hope this is seen by her supervisors!

I had arranged them to pick up my uncle from the hospital he came out in a walker the lady refused to open the door for him and told him that she's not getting out of the car he had to call an Uber July 22nd 2026

I'd give no stars if possible. Missed a very important post surgery appointment today because nobody showed up. When I called they put me on hold for 10 minutes so I finally just hung up. ATTENTION MEDICAID: you are putting people in danger by using this service. GET RID OF THEM!!!!!!
