Pv Transport INC

I had a ride scheduled with this company on Friday September 5th. My appointment was scheduled with my specialist over seven months ago. The travel time for this appointment was 50 minutes with no traffic. The company scheduled my trip travel time for a half hour. That is short 20 minutes short of the distance the trip was calculated to take. The odds of me making my appointment were impossible. Then the company called me to tell me they would be fifteen minutes late. I told the person on the phone they now had fifteen minutes of time, in Friday afternoon traffic, to get me to my 50 minute commute to my appointment!!! Unless they had a space ship this was impossible! Clearly I was over 45 minutes late for my appointment and had to reschedule for next month. The driver and dispatch person were both arrogant and ignorant of their mortal limitations! I would avoid this company at all costs. They are unable to calculate mileage and all I did was get a round trip when making this appointments chance of success was never possible. I will alert MART to their incompetence as well. No one else should have to endure this stress and set up for failure.
