Damaged vehicle, very disrespectful and won’t help when you call.

They took my car and used it for personal enjoyment, I don’t smoke but when I got my car back there were cigarette ashes on the floor, chip bags in my backseat and just extremely dirty. I would expect them to be considerate of people actually trying to regain their vehicles instead of automatically assuming it’s a toy for themselves….overall horrible experience with this company.

Relentless all right…. I called them the day they took my car, and every single day for an entire week after to come pick up stuff out of my car. By the time they finally picked up the phone for me, they had put all of my belongings in trash bags, all piled together, literally 9 days after taking my car. They didn’t even give me a chance to get my own stuff out of my car, and I never saw the car again. I am missing quite a few things, and also a lot of art pieces I had were broken. Every person I came into contact with inside the business was rude and unprofessional. It is not our fault that you chose a crappy line of work. Do not take your guilt that you hold deep within you out on your customers. Unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant humans. This business should be shut down.

Was just driving in Elyria behind one of their company trucks driver was intoxicated appearing swerving in between the lanes ran a red light and speeding over 20 miles an hour plus would’ve called the cops if I caught his license plate

The tow truck driver stole my wallet my social security card, my license, and parking card to my job. I know all tow truck drivers have tools to open cars for roadside assistance he went through my work backpack, right after the tow of the car I got alerts my cards were used not even 5 minutes after pick up right before he towed the car he threw some of things out into the parking lot.

I saw this company repo a vehicle from steelers on its ebrake. Drug it all the way to to tow yard. Fast forward 2 weeks they repoed my car on ebrake ls from my driveway!! Then the bastards tried to steal my lotto tickets!!! Ill be reporting them to everyone.. cant wait to see them on the news

If I could give a 0 star I would the lady in the office with here screaming kids was beyond rude from the 1st encounter on the phone until the end of the process of retrieving my belongings not to mention they don't return phone calls at all... Horrible horrible like who brings there screaming kids to a business

Calm and peaceful trail to take a stroll on

I F.A. and F.O. and Relentless came and hooked my truck. The driver Rob was beyond understanding and the epitome of professional. I waited to post this review until I got my truck back to make sure my $1k generator and all the contents of my truck weren't missing. Everything is just like it was before it got towed. Even the office manager was professional and polite.
