I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with ROAD SCHOLAR TRANSPORT INC. After one of their drivers caused an accident involving my vehicle on March 30, 2026, I have spent more than six weeks trying to get this matter resolved. My vehicle still has not been repaired, communication has been extremely limited, and I have repeatedly had to chase both the company and the insurance carrier myself just to get basic updates. The insurance company continues telling me that they are waiting on Jeff and the company to make a decision regarding taking responsibility for the damages. At this point, I am no longer willing to continue waiting while my vehicle remains stranded in New York and I continue paying approximately $40 per day in storage fees while living in Florida. The most frustrating part has been the lack of professionalism, urgency, accountability, and communication throughout this entire process. As a business owner myself, I understand accidents happen, but how a company responds afterward says everything about their professionalism and integrity. Due to the continued delays and lack of cooperation, I will also be reporting this matter to the United States Department of Transportation. I hope this review encourages ROAD SCHOLAR TRANSPORT INC to properly resolve claims and communicate better with the public in the future. I also hope it helps others make informed decisions before doing business with this company.

A long while back I was pre-qualified from MIKE DUFFY in PHILADELPHIA,took my driving test,went up to there terminal,than he takes.me into this room and says we have to let you go,I said why,he said he thinks I won't be able to do the job,he says he'll give me a ticket home,I started talking,he says stop talking or he'll call the police.This guys a idiot.And also a coward.

Excellent company to do business with. Everyone from the owner to the drivers believes in creating a positive environment. Would highly recommend.

Drivers helping out other drivers. You have to stay in your truck but I needed to use the restroom here at AMGEN. My company forgot to give me contact info but these drivers went the extra mile, called their company, got me a phone number and I was able to use the restroom. It was a small matter but a large impact. GREAT JOB DRIVERS.
