Rozafa Transport INC

Great quality shipping service and an easy to work with team.

Very professional and great customer service

They offered $75 TONU for a box truck cancellation — a clear lowball against the industry norm of $150. When we asked for fair compensation, they threatened us not to give loads in future. Avoid this broker if you value fairness and respect.

I noticed the review from a couple months ago and can’t help myself from writing the complete opposite review regarding Melissa. I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding professionalism and dedication of Melissa @ Rozafa Transport. From day one, she has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and committed to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care for both drivers and clients like myself truly set her apart in this industry. It’s rare to come across a dispatcher who not only understands the demands of the job but also approaches every challenge with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Her support has made a significant difference, and working with her has been a truly refreshing experience. We need more dispatchers like Melissa. People who care, listen, and consistently put in the effort to make sure everyone succeeds. Her professionalism and dedicated are a true asset to any operation. Thank you Melissa for everything you do!

Scot Mathison is one of my fav broker. I always have excellent experience working with this broker. He’s very responsive and professional. Pickup and delivery details were clear, and there were no issues during the load. Everything went exactly as planned.
