The young ladies at check in are absolutely nice and pleasant to converse with...There instructions are very clear as far as the unloading process.(was given a door almost immediately on arrival!) Fair warning...The earlier to opening time you get there...The better chance of having plenty of space to maneuver around to get in your door!(once everybody's awake and running around there...it becomes a "Custer-well...you know" trying to get in your door!) You already have to detach from your trailer to get unloaded...I had to do the courteous thing to do for a driver and pull my tractor out and away so that he could back in safely!(just a heads-up!)

Usit at the dock for hours. They are very slow here.

Friendly staff, appointments only (no earlier), stop at the marked stop sign, then go to the security booth. They will assign you a loading bay. Place your paperwork at the back of the box, move the axles, and wait until they signal that it's empty (1 hour). Once the signed paperwork is received, place it back at the back of the box. Upon exiting, walk around the building. They will check that everything is in order at the security booth. There is no restroom.

Slow to unload....going on four hours and counting. Unloaded, but have a red light and waiting for paperwork.....Sloooooow!
