Really nice folks unloaded me on Sunday was oversized and still got unloaded thank you!

This is not the place you ever want to come through. I try to not come back to that place loading not right big line all the time. This is a horrible place to be at.

Update: I went to the warehouse and asked one of the loiterers what’s going on, but he just turned around and walked away, demonstratively ignoring me. After this, I went to the office and spoke with a supervisor. Finally started unloading, after 4 hours 20 minutes. Need to mention, that at least/ trucks that came after me are unloaded and already left.

Best thing to do is get here the night before and park on the street in line. Pull all the way up to the guard shack if you're here first. I left some space and somebody parked in front of me and got in first. When I woke up in the morning there were 10 trucks behind me. I had an appointment but I guess it's just fcfs. They open at 8am. Guard was there at 7:15 getting our info. Have your pick up number ready. I got in a door at 8:30 and was out by 9:30

Line up to the right side. Have all your pickup information before checking in,duh! Lady at check in is great. I'm in a dry van and got loaded in a timely manner. I have no complaints 😁

Very polite and helpful guard

I'm giving 5 stars before even got loaded.Just from the experience at the guard shack, Mr Dave is a very nice individual treat driver with respect And that's what mattered to me, it Is first come first serve facility You can park on the street for overnight they open at 8 AM, but Mr. Dave will start checking you in at 7:30.
