    Made excuses as to why he can't pay. He has a system to rip off drivers. Very confrontational over the phone with driver if a receiver or shipper doesn't have correct check in numbers. Doesn't understand trucking.

    Makes excuse not to pay driver.. .blames things on other people will yell at you on phone...and then will say your the problem. Issues only 100 gallons of fuel at a time.
