    Owner Operators and Company Drivers. I am an owner op. Dispatch is good during work hours. After hours is hard to deal with poor communication. If you break down you will be stuck where you're at until office is open. Owner will rarely answer his phone and others won't answer on the weekend or after regular business hours. They mainly do power only but charge $300.00 a week for trailer rental. If you ask why they will tell you they have to maintain the trailers. This is not true. Maersk maintains all of their own trailers and will send someone to fix it if you break down. If you ask about being charged you will be fired. If you get write up for a violation. You will be charged $500.00 and up. You will never see or know where their office is. They communicate through phone and email. They will have your logs altered to show you had a 34 hour rest or 10 hour break even if you haven't.
