Worse taker trucking company to work for in the north west,dispatchers will micromanage you every day,force dispatch ,bad load with very low rate that doesn't pay you decent amount of money,you will hauling alots of hazmat and require to perform pump off load which is uncomfortable and does not pay you well.you will be making every two week around 1000-1200 which mean 600 dollars a week!! hauling acid,corrosive,flammable etc, ,. mandatory chain up when they ask you to do so ,most thier loads going threw steep mountains and sharp hills and you are required to put chains and drive on ocean and snow in the middle of snow blizzard and if you said no because you don't feel safe ,they will tell you "sure no problem be safe" but than later on they will bring you back to the terminal and ask you to clean the truck and leave,be aware this company they can fire you with or without reason plus they will go ahead and put nagative report on you on the DAC report and you can not dispute it and you will have hard time fund another trucking company to hire you because of what did they say about you on the DAC report,you will not make money working for this small family own company .my advice to anyone who is looking for tanker driving jobs,,there are many companies out there they hiring tanker driver without experience as well and they will pay you decent and they will treat you in respect and dignity .do not make the same mistake I made when I decided to work for this nightmare company.
