Shoshone Trucking LLC

*Update* 1/8/2026, still starting truck before 6 a.m. Free long term storage for Shoshone trucking in public parking, Truck sat (did not move) in public parking from Thanksgiving til 1/7/2026. Laws are being overlooked by Shoshone trucking and The City of Huntington. Truck has been here since April 2025. Driver runs, idles truck early morning. 5 a.m. Contacted Shoshone trucking LLC. Truck is doing damage to road from months of parking in public parking. When driver was asked to not run truck before construction start time (which is 7 a.m. per town ordnance) driver cursed at me and threatened my life with a weapon. Shoshone trucking says they talked to the driver (which stated to me by Shoshone it was a Mr. Jackson) that truck was allowed, IF ordnance was followed. Making construction noise before 7 a.m. is NOT following ordnance. Just because Shoshone trucking is working for the city of Huntington, does not mean that you get to disregard laws and disrupt the community. Driver is recorded from my security cameras. Which has recorded driver not stopping at stop sign, and almost hitting pedestrians on bikes. Truck does not fit in parking, so driver everyday pulls thru intersection on wrong side of the road without stopping at stop sign then backs in to public parking. Truck is a public nuisance (damage, public safety, noise, smell, blight). I was told the situation would be monitored by Huntington city ordnance officer. There are numerous ordnance violations that are being overlooked due to Shoshone trucking working for city of Huntington( in my opinion) . Please cease and desist the harassment of your driver. Thank you for your understanding in this matter of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Which is my right, and state law, and town ordnance. Please do you research in laws, Shoshone trucking LLC

Was behind truck #S628 headed south on 31 between Rochester and Peru. Roof of my truck got smacked by at least a 2 inch stone right above my windshield. Now I have a quarter sized dent and paint missing down to the metal that I will have to pay my deductible to have the insurance get it fixed.
