The lady at the driver check-in is so positive and full of energy! The process here is incredibly fast—I was checked in, dropped off, and picked up all within a minute. Plus, they allow you to arrive early and park in their yard. Great experience!

They are very racially biased and safety has no clue of Department of Transportation regulations. Their maintenance crew is awful. They are very bad with keeping equipment up to date. They expect for the drivers to be responsible for the equipment problems, even when you're a company driver. In all, that's probably why they were acquired by Heartland Express.
