    Ya'll need to pay them by the hour not loads it is unfair that they have to sit for hours to get loaded for their next delivery you need to go to a silo that is faster and can get them in and out instead of making them driver's sit that long to get loaded at hocicim this getting home late at night is ridiculous no wonder why you're driver's quit

    One of your bulk tanker drivers pulled ahead of me in line to get unloaded. Even after he knew what he had done he didn't care. In the future I will treat your drivers with the same disrespect. This guy was at a Thomas concrete plant, no hard hat no hi vis shirt or vest playing on his phone. Representing your company really well.
