Hey Spartan. Don't set night loads if you refuse to issue checks for lumper fees at night ..... Makes zero sense. Last load I book with them. Hell tql isn't even that messed up. Um sorry no lady I'm not going to "wait till 7 and call back" it's 1130 at night!!!!

Top notch, wish all companies operated like this one. Had a load and was contacted by Whitney, very pleasant and professional. If I had my own truck, this would be the first company I'd contact for a load. Keep up the great work and thank you for not having to deal with downloading one of them apps. God Bless you all.

Great broker to deal with, they are interested in building partnerships with their carriers and they treat the carriers fairly. Definately not a "bottom feeder" broker. The rates are fair and as long as you communicate BEFORE heading into detention--as is industry standard- I have never had an issue being compensated for detention.

Have been working with them for past 4 years. They are easy to work with and have never had a problem collecting detention. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I don't think there should be charge for checks that used to pay for lumpers and pallets.
