Booked a load with Kasey. Pickup was scheduled for 2 pm in GA. At 2:47 we informed Kasey that they are not loading us , she replied "Let me check on it", after 2:52pm no replies at all ( phone calls, emails, cell phone text messages ) She just left us alone with the load without letting us know what is going on . Finally we got loaded at 7:30pm ,but no detention received . When asking for detention they said email detention department , but it is no replies from them. So unprofessional. Do not recommend them . Rude broker Update: They added $80 for 3-1/2 hours of detention and charged $500 for not accepting macro point. The thing is Kasey never told us anything about macropoint ( we wouldn't mind to accept it, we always do , it's requirement these days ) , but since i was pressuring them about detention , Michelle (the other member of that super team ) decided to charge us $500. Load payed $1450. Will contact FMCSA about their practices. Worst broker i ever worked with .
