Great reliable company

A huge rock came off of one of their trucks and smashed into my windshield and the company is refusing to take accountability. First the dispatcher said it’s not their responsibility. It’s not your responsibility to ensure your loads are properly secured and not posing a threat to other drivers? Next, he proceeded to blame me and assumed I was tailgating the truck, I was in the lane next to the truck with more than enough distance when this rock hit my windshield. Hence why it hit the side, not directly in the middle. He then tried to say it was a roadside hazard, this rock did not come from the road nor did it ever touch the road, the rock came directly from the truck and hit my windshield causing damage. After the incident I even tried to get the truck to pull over and he sped off which apparently is what the dispatcher instructs the drivers to do. This company has no business being on these roads and this will not be the last you hear from me. The dispatcher, Will, is highly dismissive and made it extremely clear from the beginning it wasn’t his problem. They need to be taken off our roads.

Recommended by a sand provider in the area. Called Wednesday and had 18 tons of sand delivered Thursday. Nice guys to talk to and they communited well - even the driver. Driver was very curtious and friendly. I would use them again if I needed bulk delivery.

Be very cautious of this company’s drivers while you are on the highway (in any state). Completely irresponsible, and reckless. No respect for other drivers on the road, or care for passengers that carry children. Despite going the speed limit, they will ride your bumper and blow their horn. Per a call with their management team: “Next time that happens you need to get over, because they are in a hurry and have a delivery they need to make tonight.” And I have a family I want to keep. Do better!
