State To State Movers LLC

Horrible experience with this moving company. Highly recommend NOT using. They charged my credit card $590 almost 6 weeks after my move was complete and paid in full. Jessica Roberts response was "we have a new be on our team and incorrectly charged you" which was on 11/3. They apologized and said I would be refunded in 2-3 days. It is now 11/19 and I was JUST told they do not know how to refund me. An absolute joke and lack of professionalism. Not trustworthy at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is wonderful! You can not go wrong with choosing them. So helpful, kind, hard-working, attentive, professional, punctual, and patient. The list actually is longer. I will definitely be choosing them again for moving needs or for the other services they provide!

I've never seen hourly employees work as hard or as fast as the guys that did my move. They were on time and went to work immediately. No messing around, just get the job done. If you decide to use them for your move, get ready to do ... nothing.

They completed the move in record time, yet everything was organized and handled with care.

Will definitely recommend or seek out again for my next move.
