    Absolutely one of the worst to book loads with! They don't pay and on the ratecon and over the phone they clearly put appointment times on the 2 stops and yet I'm told I'll be here all day on my 1st. Drop I have NO appointment. That means my second drop being 2 hours away will not get done until the following day! No detention until 4hours wait at a rate of $25 hr. After that not to exceed 150. Overnight detention says 100- they don't pay at all! Lies lies lies! I provide my tractor my fuel my time and my trailer!

    These crooks shouldn't be in the trucking business at all. They don't like to pay their drivers or detention. Karma will come upon them

    Absolute disappointment , NO communication, brokers ignoring requests and updates, Information in the RC doesn't match reality, one the worst brokers i've booked a load, Please stay away.

    Don't take any load with them then never be detention. I had three hour detention. They only pay me $25 don't go with them.

    I hauled a load for them from Scotts in CT to a Walmart in Northern NY in June of 2023 and as of November 23, 2023 have not been paid, despite many calls and messages there was no response. When I eventually talked to somebody I was referred back and forth between dispatch and accounting until I was given the excuse that a check had been cut but was on hold because my insurance policy had expired in September. I sent them a new certificate, receipt of which was acknowledged and as of today still have not received payment.The representatives I spoke to were rude and obnoxious. I will NOT do business with these crooks in future and would advise anybody else to avoid them also.

    This is a cutthroat company! Do not do business with them had rate cons on 2 loads and did first one they cancelled second one and gave it to somebody else for less money! Contracts mean nothing to these people! So next time i book load with them i wont show up like im supposed to and say i thought you were going to give it away to somebody cheaper again so why pick it up!

    I booked a load with them at 11:21am and the Pick up window was from 9am to 11am. My driver was coming from San jose, Ca to pick up in Los Banos, Ca .I told them it would take a while. Half way to the pick my driver called me to report that he had a major air leak and possibly could run into an issue with the spring brakes locking up. I had to immediately stop my drivers track and wait for mecanic to repair. I reported to Sunteck but they did not believe I was saying the truth. DAVID GOMBAS THAN SENT ME A DISRESPECTFULL EMAIL STATING HOW GARBAGE MY SERVICE WAS AND HOW HE MADE A REPORT THAT I WAS GARBAGE. I BELIEVE MR GOMBAS SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THIS FIELD IF HE CANT UNDERSTAND THAT EMERGENCY DO HAPPEN ALL THE TIME IN THE TRUCKING BUSINESS.
