Love this store. Bathrooms are always CC lean and stocked. They have the best and freshest coffee. Employees are awesome! Some of the best! Helpful, friendly and make you feel welcomed. Not like a criminal. Or scammer. Awesome Convince store. I definitely will be a long time customer. Keep up the good work and thank you .!

The showers are always hot and we have more washers and dryers then at the truck stop and they're free for drivers.

The truck driver doesn't obey the laws.they just drive wreck less

This terminal gives you a brand new truck.When you come in for a trade in which is always a good and cool feeling only thing I was annoyed about when I want to leave with empty trailer they may be buy a lock which was never given to me in orientation.So they took ninety dollars out of my check they will not let you use your personal lock.You have to get one from them they're supposed to give you an orientation , but I never got one

The staff is excellent! The 10' truck I rented ran great and was perfect for the job. I gave good grades because overall you deserve them. A couple of things about the truck: The cab smelled like cigarette smoke. The steering wheel was grubby and dirty. The driver's side sun visor was missing - I was driving west close to sunset and had to shade my eyes by hand a good portion of the drive. I've rented from you before and it's always a good experience, some attention to detail would make it better. Thanks!

The staff is nice the facility is always clean the is snack machines my only issue is parking space for truck driver it can get packed real fast especially during heavy snowfall and drivers coming on to park😆

I booked in advance and they didn’t even bother to call me to let me know that they did not have the truck I rented available until last minute. When I booked it was available. Now I have to go with a different location that is not even close to where I need it to be. They scheduled it and didn’t even bother to call. I’m sure this is a tactic they are using to get more money off the mileage to make you drive a longer distance
