Really, just had to write a review for this stellar team! After getting in an accident with my car, I was of course upset. Brittany, the dispatcher was professional and calming from the beginning of my call to the end. After two other companies had cancelled due to the weather, I was elated when Leandro showed up to help tow my car to the auto body shop. Immediately, I was put at ease and felt comfortable and confident that Leandro would take care of my vehicle. I highly recommend them!!

Only package I sent there allegedly never arrived, but the post office shows delivered but I had to reimburse my customer.

Jamás use esta empresa de envíos y Si la va a usar hágalo bajo su propio riesgo porque el día que le roben sus paquetes NADIE en esta empresa les va a responder por ellos porque se lavan las manos diciendo que es la situación país y que según ellos nunca antes había pasado. Una demanda se merecen por las cajas que se robaron desde marzo del año pasado y nunca aparecieron. No hay indemnización, no hay respuestas, ni ley que nos ampare. Ojalá cierren este lugar porque juegan con el dinero, el tiempo , esfuerzo y la esperanza de las personas .

Quick, careful, and fair-priced. Miami Cross Auto Mover's got my car from point A to B without a single scratch. The team in Miami actually answered their phone when I had questions. That alone deserves five stars.

Total FRAUD! They were supposed to pick up a family members car and the DAY OF canceled making up a BS story! After paying $150 deposit said for another $1000 they could get someone there that day. They had a contract, why should you have to pay another $1000 for them to abide by the agreement.

Good wheelchair transportation service, but book ahead I used Swift Care's wheelchair taxi service for my brother. The care from guys was excellent. Just a heads-up, book in advance cause they get busy. Had a bit of trouble with last-minute scheduling. Once booked, though, service is stellar.
