Do not pick loaded from this trucking company,after I delivered , 5 pallets left in my trailer they can’t do anything about , try to use my trailer storage it has been 48 hours still I have to wait until tomorrow

As an owner operator the inbound loads are heavy and low rates. Someone needs to teach them how to find better loads for owner operators.

Booked a first come, first serve load for delivery Friday 08-1700. They send a rate sheet showing an appointment @1700 not first come, first serve. We asked multiple times if this is an appointment. They did respond, but not to that question. One of them finally told us the truth that the load actually delivers the following day (Saturday) at 1000. The terminal manager took no responsibility for his team being dishonest. Reflected it and continued on. I would stay away from them. Dishonest, and unprofessional. We need these types of people out of transportation.

We booked a load with this company from Pharr TX - Spring Hill TN. The load was picked up at around 9:45 am central time. They kept sending messages asking if we would get there at 10 pm that same night and i told them, that was impossible. Throughout the trip the driver would get periodic reminder to update tracking and he did except for when he went off duty for a nap and etc. Driver managed to get the load to the receiver a little before 1pm the following day. As soon as the driver arrived at the receiver I got a message asking for the BOL because the tracking showed the driver at the receiver. I sent the Sign BOL to the broker and ask them to confirm that we were good for invoicing. The broker responded, “here’s the updated rate confirmation with the deduction for not tracking”. When I opened the new rate confirmation $250 was deducted. The people are robbing carriers in every way they can. Please be mindful of them. DALTON FLOIED AND HIS TEAM ARE THIEVES. I ASK HIM HOW IS IT WE WERE’NT TRACKING AND HE STILL CAN’T PROVE THIS BUT THEY WANT TO STEAL MY $250 THAT WE WORKED SO HARD FOR.

Very bad Management.. they have a safety Manager name Carlos , He thinks he knows everything.. he ask u if u know anybody , so he would give his closest friend truck number so he can collect the referral Bonus .. 5k deductible and 1k deductions every week.. Danny Crane was a better by far .. stay away from these Company

Worse communication I had with any broker! Over 4 hours to get accurate pick up info.
