    Worked with "Hassell Transport"for almost 5 years.Been in the industry 31 years. There are a great many quality employees working here. The owner and his family forgot to read the book about how to be arrogant and unapproachable. "This company is very humble and approachable." Very kink folks.

    It's been a big pay cut for me so far. One safety man is very condescending when he talk's to you. If you don't like New Jersey don't come to work here because you will be there alot.

    I'm on my second month here. So far so good. I haven't made much money the last 2 weeks but I can't blame the company because of the weather down in Texas. I have to load at a place tonight where a driver does everything. I wish they had sent me in there with another driver a couple of times first.

    I haven't been here long. So far everyone is nice and helpful. Alot of work here. If you know how to manage your time you will stay very busy. Even if you're not good at time management you still make money. I will update again. If you just do your job you won't have problems. If you have equipment trouble they take care of it. Don't get upset about sitting at a customer. Your on the clock

    THT hauls Commercial/Industrial Chemicals. Must have Tanker and HazMat Endorsements and TWIC. Equipment: I was given a brand new Peterbilt 589 upon completion of orientation. It has a refrigerator and aux sleeper climate control. I bought an inverter and had the company install it. In my view, Peterbilt shrunk the dash and over-filled it with gauges making it difficult to find an open space to mount anything. Also, the dash is deep so most GPS' mounted to the windshield won't reach out to the driver. All company trucks are leased through Rush. PMs and breakdowns are covered through them. Home-time: When I want it! I've got a family but I love to drive. I tend to stay out 3 weeks so that I can take 3-4 days off easily, which brings us to... Pay: This you will have to hear for yourself from the company but trust me, it's GRAND! $3,000+ every two weeks. Miles: Doesn't matter. Pay is hourly! Loads: Mostly smooth-bore tankers, some compartments but I haven't seen any baffled. Also, most of the tanks have airbag suspension but a handful of older units are steel leaf-spring with a surprise of some fiberglass leaf-spring (somehow it works and rides as smooth as airbags).

    I've been working for Hassel transport 9 months and from the start from orientation until now what the owner told me Tom Hassel and his staff and all is what it is everything they said on the numbers the equipment great and the trucks a fantastic on the miles 2600 weekly if I'm o t r and local we deal in chemical and and all types of oil
