    I worked for celadon when I started with tradition Tim the owner said they were nothing like celadon, unfortunately this man is a low life leach. They have to be the most evil group of greed I've seen in 34 years of driving. Karma will get them in the end.

    Poor management, lying, backstabbing company that will feed you all the honey you need to get hired, then #### off, they don't care. You might get a week or 2 of good pay when you finally get your truck, then in the hole till you quit. Oh, and let's not forget Tim Evans, the ex ceo, was escorted out of the company by law enforcement. Oh, his name sound familiar? He was part of the whole CELEADON LEASING SCHEME. SCAM COMPANY, RUN AWAY.

    This company is a bait and switch. Bait you in and switch on you. They will put you in the hole and keep you there. They'll put you in the hole, promise to get you out, and. Just screw you over again. My entire orientation class is gone and none of us lasted a month.

    One the worst companies I've ever signed up for this company is a nightmare you can't pay bills here or eat. They don't pay the fuel surcharge on the loads because they keep that. When you run your butt off weekly well weekly settlements you see nothing. So you don't have food in the truck right because they your paycheck well it's hard getting a cash advance here. Equipment sucks old batteries batteries end up dead after being off a day. No apu unit trailers are trash equipment breaks down often. Def system is terrible it will have you broken down for days. Tradition transportation is home for drive and delivery for us but expect no pay.
