    Well, I'm a contractor & I encountered some confusion due to no valid order in how to provide for drivers who deliver single units but need assistance getting off the yard. $30 - $200 average cost on & off the base, per drop.     Had a confirmed load with this broker but was taken off after a simple misunderstanding about lane posted and different destination sent on the rate con. I replied within minutes clarifying it was fine, yet they still removed me from the load. Very unprofessional communication and zero patience.
