    Literally the worst bus company in America !

    THE WORST BUS COMPANY EVER!!! The drivers are all mean and rude. Today I arrived at Clinton bus stop at 12:37 PM and the bus was scheduled for 12:40 PM. The driver left the stop early and as I flagged him down while he started to pull away from the station he ignored me and left. First of all, they should not leave the stop ahead of the scheduled bus time. Second of all, he couldn’t stop and let me on especially on a holiday weekend, when I had a paid bus ticket and he hadn’t even left the parking lot yet?!?! The worst company and I hate that they are the only way to get from the Lehigh valley to New York City.

    Packed buses which would be tolerable but even when you book an online tkt for a scheduled bus, if the bus is overbooked (because they don’t know how many seats they have????), they bypass the stop and leave you standing in a parking lot with no place to go and no information
