My package was shipped on November 18th and they're telling me it won't arrive until January. They're no longer good at shipping packages. I would have shipped with Zuleta a thousand times over. I don't recommend this shipping company.

Last time I send anything with that company. Be careful, my people in Guatemala, don't send valuables with that company or box because mine was opened upon arrival in Guatemala. I imagine the company won't respond.

I had been sending boxes with Transcargo for eight years, and in recent years I sent boxes very frequently. However, the last two times, the guys in Honduras wanted to send the boxes by bus to my sister's house. The last time, they left two boxes at a different location (saying it was too late to get to the destination) and sent them with a stranger, supposedly my sister's neighbor, whom she doesn't even know. They were also very rude to my sister, so for these reasons, I've stopped using them. Lack of professionalism. Photo as proof…

These guys we're great, they let me know step by step ,when my things we're gonna get shipped, until when it will arrive. Everything got there in excellent condition, and on time. ( I was impressed, i will definitely use them again) thanx guys.

Very reliable and fast shipping company, very satisfied.

Terrible service. The delivery time was terrible; they said it would take 2-3 weeks, but it took over a month and 16 days. The staff was also incredibly unhelpful and uncooperative, and when you send a package for the first time, they try to be incredibly polite. I would never send packages with them again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

My package hasn't arrived. Edit: Not only has it not arrived (yet), but they also refused to deliver it to my house, even though I had already paid for the delivery service. If I could, I would give it 5 negative stars. PS: According to the people who called me, they won't deliver the package for another week, making it a total of 1 month and 3 weeks that I've been waiting.
