This company is morally bankrupt. The pay is $500 to 1000 a week if you're lucky but expect closer to $600 People are replaceable trash to this company. Please do yourself a favor and run away from this company.

This is a trucking company where the classic father gives son him company and son is to full of himself, and lets the company go down hill. The pay is horrible becouse the CEO who lives in a mansion on a private golf course cant comprehend that drivers want to make real money to. Safty gets a hard on when he gets to fire a driver, they laid off officer workers so theyre five best drivers can have brand new fully fitted out trucks... they fire drivers that have been there for years becouse newer truckers will do the same job for less per mile. It shows in there saftey scores. They told there drivers that since they are planning to swap ELDs the saving will go to the driver... the drivers got a fireworks show. The CEO has fleet managers calling drivers begging them to donate money to a unknown charity. A.k.a. CEO's wallet... here is a amazing fact CEO was part of United Way back when there was a huge candle and investigation about higher up stealing funds... they also do not care about truck drivers, I have to get three teeth pulled, once done I was called by my fleet manager i could rest today but I need to get on the road tomorrow... told me if I didnt I was fired... I got sick one night at terminal and was told I would be fired if I didnt drive, I didn't and I was written up. They will wait tell the last minute before your sometime then continently not get you home in hopes you will work more. The fleet managers that are still there are high and mighty, and act like they can be a God. If they give you the wrong information its your fault. You cant take time off, but they will take a whole month off. When i was there the company fired my fleet manager for poor percformance, a month later they hired a guy and a month later they let him go becouse they want to save money. My semi was breaking down on the daily, while the shop tried everything in there power not to do anything... my truck leaked oil constantly and the shop manager and the assistant would take it.to mack, mack would lie to them tell them Macks are supposed to leak and hand it back... to the higher ups, you were a good company until you all got big headed

I work here presently as a lease driver been here 2 years. i love it here!! They got me a rental car and I drove to Springfield and they put me up in a hotel. No inward facing camera and a pet policy!!! They are so laid back I don't even feel like it's a job. I live in Pennsylvania and when I was a company driver they had me home every two weeks. I run a lot of the same lanes. Midwest to east coast and back to spring field. They do have some loads going to the west coast if you want them. This is a smaller company so they may not have as many loads as a bigger company does but I'm fine over here. There are 2 terminals Strafford and Offallon MO free laundry a company car to utilize while your down to go the store or run errands. A shop that gets you in and out within a reasonable amount of time. A nice walking trail for you and your dog. Either a Mack Anthem or International trucks. They throw a nice Driver appreciation event for the Drivers and a beautiful Christmas party at the convention center! It's really laid back and that's what I like! Nobody bothers me here. I get the loads delivered and they get me set up on the next one. I'm usually not waiting on loads during the week. Weekends can be a little harder to get loads depending on where your at. I'm trying to be honest! They have a flat bed and dry Van division. Come on over where you can relax and breath. Use my driver code DIMLAU. Goodluck…

They must be paying extra for people to put good reviews because their communication is poor, they give you one short load a day sometimes you have to wait all day or next day just to get a load. They don't pay you better off working at Walmart than here . Trucks were in terrible shape broke down my 4th day driving. I expressed my frustration with them I only worked there for a month and quit I was not about to put up with that mess

These people like to slander, Libel, and Defame, other people's character. Jackie is a total liar. And her cousin has got mental issues in my opinion. I decided not to move forward with them. But most importantly I did a thorough investigation only to find out that they got welfare from the government of over $150,000 in a PPP loan. Which means ultimately that they can't keep their own doors open. No way would I ever want to work for a s*** company like that. I found out that they were involved in numerous lawsuits as well. And they are operating their trucks by disconnecting the def tanks. Which is definitely illegal to begin with.

I really like the company. They always try to get you home when you want to go. Everybody is very nice in the office. The trucks are great and they keep them very well maintained.

The worst company I ever worked for. Safety manager lies about a driver who leaves and has contempt for drivers. It will never be a good place with this female manager in place. They may still deduct a large amount for any damage that they call preventable. They libelled me for 7 years on DAC. The current president is better and faster than his brother was.
