    BS company,long hours,no raises,never give Christmas bonus to drivers who work hard,managers get cars,raises.Oil changes do not get done until over 60k miles,hours suck,it drains you,they have you hauling flyash which is literally toxic waste,look it up,lime is dangerous as well.Work work work,that's all they care about,not the drivers

    Absolute BS company,manager at the terminal I left is a psycho,cannot have a life,schedule is psychotic.He pushes drivers beyond exhaustion.No bonuses for drivers,he has gotten a raise,two vehicles bc of the drivers.It's expected you work crazy hours,get dispatched late evening often after having put in a long day.He expects 3 cement loads a day,1.5 drive between pickup,delivery with long waits both to pickup and deliver often 3 hours or more,how is it possible to do 3.

    A game of favoritism. One driver as an example does short trips on average two a week and makes the same pay that a driver who is dispatched on two longer trips. The first driver then works another job...is that legal Brian Wood? Duck no. Oh wait we all make the weekly pay amount..were salary. Favorite to certain drivers and the turn over is high at this terminal..Donkey in Donkey out.

    I read some of the reviews and I can't say that has been my experience at all. Overall its a very friendly company, yes drivers are hired only with experience, they are choosy who they will hire - with good reason. However, once you are in they take care of you. Never once have I heard anyone refer to a driver or mechanic in a disrespectful manner, so I lean towards thinking some of those negative posts are the one-off's where someone is angry for one reason or another. There certainly was not enough information to form an opinion.

    I fell on job and broke 3 ribs. And they refuse to pay my Doctor bill. The terminal manager assured me if I would let him file it on my insurance that he would cover it. They have not paid no bill. Where they carried me to the Doctor. In Alabama. Then I Had to go to doctor in lucedale mississippi Because I had broke ribs and it was turning into pneumonia. They would not give me the right kind of respirator for the chemical. I was breathing in. The terminal manager just peer lied to me. I worked hard for him, but then he turned around and laid on me. I don't advise nobody to go to work for them. They would not do the maintenance on the tanks like they were supposed to. I was not receiving no workman's car so I had to retire. And 2 different hospitals have sued. I give transwood, the bill. But they are claiming it was hard trouble. And that is not true. The terminal manager will GO 2 holler. And it's over the phand claim that you are talking to them bad.

    The pay is okay. The people at this terminal are great. The company overall is a garbage heap. They refer to drivers as "meat in the seat". Mechanics are known as "wrench meat". The time off, what very little bit there is, is a complete joke.

    They don't care, had jaw broken by a piece of steel that came through windshield hauling 50k lbs of sulphuric acid, kept truck on road. Talk to Brian wood "owner" and all I got was " a few chipped teeth, you will be fine" , wired jaw and lost 5 teeth and they expected me back in the seat 3 days later..

    Lies,lies,lies.Promise local runs but have none.Worked 6 days to barely clear $1,000,what a joke.They lie about a lot.They don't care if you want to be home daily as promised in the hiring process.
