DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DRAYAGE. This company failed to deliver our container two days in a row. It finally arrived on the third attempt, but by then we had already wasted approximately $1,500 in day-labor costs waiting for a delivery that never showed up. While the failed deliveries were unacceptable, their complete lack of communication made the situation even worse. On each delivery day, we repeatedly contacted them for an ETA. It would take a minimum of four hours to receive a response, at which point they would finally admit that the container wasn't actually on its way. There are plenty of reputable drayage companies out there. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and use someone else.

They're the worst shipping company! I spoke with a (I can't write all the swear words I can) and he told me the merchandise was ready. Since they weren't able to deliver it, I sent a truck there, first coordinating with this great (all the swear words I can think of), and when my people arrived, they claimed they couldn't find the merchandise. This company is the absolute worst in the shipping business!

We had an issue with the driver at the receiver. Management sent that driver back, made things right with the receiver, and updated us the whole time. Really great company to work with, fair prices, and solid execution.

This company is the worst in the USA. They pay the lowest wages on the market. The boss, David Jarquin, and the administrator, Modest, do whatever they want without following the law. The trucks are overweight and don't have permits. If you make a suggestion or complain, they fire you automatically. That shouldn't happen in the USA. The management is arbitrary, the chassis are unusable, and the DOTFL should investigate this company since it doesn't meet any safety standards. The owner's orders are followed, no matter what, which is why drivers leave every day.
