It's a work in progress. I've recently returned stuck with the Devil 😈 I know just a word of advice is have an agent that you KNOW has WORK if not you won't survive and will just end up leaving upset and disappointed I have one agent that keeps me going without I'm even in trouble but always look and talk to other agents and look at load board not great but keeps you knowledgeable some due to lack of use. UACL did have many agents but due to older guys retiring and even had one pass was an awesome person and agent most money ever made with him if you sign up reach out to me so can get a referral and when sign on pay attention to date March 27 just wait couple days so don't have to pay for 3 months of plates for a couple of days reach out by asking question ok good luck and be safe

Our agency had a long-standing, profitable relationship with UACL (Terminal 4070), working diligently and honestly. However, in January 2022, UACL unexpectedly terminated our partnership, citing two denied damage claims from carriers. The reason was that the carriers failed to provide necessary documentation to the insurance companies, which was beyond our control. We did everything possible to resolve this issue. Despite adhering to the terms of the agreement, which states we are not responsible for cargo claims, UACL withheld our commissions of $8,372, wrongly claiming it would cover the damage and unpaid invoices. We made several attempts to resolve the issue through emails and calls, but to no avail. Even after contacting the Vice President, who promised an investigation, we received no response. This situation has been extremely disappointing, and we are now forced to pursue legal action. We advise potential partners to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as their actions raise serious concerns about their integrity and respect for obligations.

Do not book load this company. When we booked they cancelled load, and no answer phone calls broker.

Try at your own risk….As an owner operator!🚩 “universal logistics” “owensville premier logistics” “uacl logistics” same people, SCAMMERS 🚩🚩🚩 “universal logistics”, picked up their trailer 600 miles out they promise me a fuel reimbursement but nothing. 🚩🚩 “owensville premier logistics & uacl logistics ” is the flat bed division, Double brokering freight, promised me 3-4 mile loads never got a load over 3$, from 2-2.70, dead heads over 3hrs, chip never knows what his talking about, they will ignore all your questions once on board, bill & tayler the owners will judge you and use you. Oh & rates are sent by txt you will never see a rate sheet.

Called to get info on a load , Broker that answered was rude , said i was asking to many question over a load i was trying to book ,told me i should read the comments when not all the info was there had the audacity to even say haven't gotten rid of you in a rude way, WAY TO GO BROKER ! I wouldn't even give him a 1 star he should get no stars!
