    Worked here for a year. Horrible experience. They keep you busy, but there pay is horrible. Very inconsistent pay, and very low pay. You will be stacking up a credit bill working here to operate your own truck. They act like they care, but don't care about there drivers your pay will say it all. They will #### you at every corner with fees and claims, and Won't dispute any claims for you and will give the customer everything they ask for. You're the one doing all the work and forking up all the risk to be mistreated while they smile in your face. Maybe pre covid moving was good, but you will be struggling just to stay in business working here. Also was told they are down over 60% of there drivers since Covid. I would say that speaks volumes. Would highly recommend staying far away from this company.

    I've worked for United for 6 years now as a CDL A driver. It's definitely a great place to work with good structure and Pay. They definitely know and often show the appreciation for their employees. Last year as a local CDL A driver I brought home $92000 with 95% home time.

    I worked for United before. I had not so great experience with other companies and I had to come back. United is the best. Pay is great. Equipment is inspected and fixed, it's your job to make sure of it. If it has an issue, its because you didnt turn it in
