Get control of your nasty office personnel in the shipping and receiving, I’m damn tired of the attitude and disrespect.

Unlike a lot of reviewers,I didn t find rudeness,it is a fast paced bussines,they assume that you have been there before, I ASSUME 🤣 is due to lack of proper training,it is a somewhat large facility,building A & B,if you look at in Google,building A is where you need to check in at the FREIGHT office for shipping and receiving,they won t volunteer info,you may have to ask if there is something you don t understand,it can be a tight place for a novice driver,ASK a jockey of you need a different door,they may find one to accomodate you,they move trailers at a fast pace. You go in thru the main entrance gate,thru their safety/inspection lane,ASK if you don t know where bldg A is to go check in. And yes,you may be there some 3 or 4 hrs to unload,I was empty by 1 a.m. but I aslept until 7 a.m. got my bills and left,not a problem.... They don t get 4 stars bc I didn t see a rest room,I didn t ask,maybe they do maybe they don t have one. It is an old,musty,damp office,but it is Detroit,it is expected. Be safe and patient.

Hope they never send me back again.
