Universal Logistics Of Virginia LLC

Quick check in, friendly staff and fast loading. Park on side street and walk to check in office. Universal and DHL are in the same building. Drop trailer at assigned dock and bobtail out, they will text when load is ready. Its a little tight backing in but doable. A few drivers parked overnight on the side of the road a little down the street without any issues

The Universal office is next to DHL's; you sign up in a logbook. They start serving at 8:30 am. If you're doing a drop, at the end of the street there's a yard on the right; that's where you leave the box and hook up the other one.

Quick unloading. Appt honored. A little tight but doable coz its more space towards the dock.

any time you come here except 2 to 3 hours slow

Busy place but very good, helpful and knowledgeable employees

Regarding Universal Logistics, I was served by a woman of color who was very rude. I don't know why they go to work if they don't want to, haha. Terrible customer service.

Fast unload, lest that 30 minutes. I can’t even finish my Warzone game party lol. 10 start.
