Bus driver named Julie tries to harass drivers and students alike, has tried with multiple drivers myself included to tell grown adults where to park on public property in unsafe spaces close to her bus because "your child is slow to get on the bus" when less than 5 children use that bus stop and he's the last by about 2 seconds. Kicks kids off the bus for a whole week for any slouching at all, will write a report 2 days in a row but only get the 2ed report to you the first day the child is supposed to be allowed back on the bus as if making up reasons to have one less stop to make in a day. Has also told us he was not allowed on the bus when her own reports said he was supposed to be allowed back on. If she can't even keep her own facts straight then why is she handing out write ups a week later if she can't even remember what she wrote 5 days later? The people at the bus depot are also disrespectful and unhelpful. Went with the student I drives parent to sort out why he wasn't allowed on the bus when the report said otherwise, and the depot worker told me to be quiet because she was speaking with "mom" as if I am not a grown adult completely unrelated to this family who also had complaints and reasons to deal with the bus company. As if that child wasn't also my responsibility by choice and I had very good reasons to be there. The audacity to tell a grown man to stop talking because you think he's the child of the parent is frankly appaling and I feel very bad for my co-worker who's son has to deal with this company.

The bus driver for the Otis area is absolutely amazing. She’s been the bus driver that my child has had for the last few years and we absolutely love her. Thank you miss karen!

Bus driver dropped my daughter off 4 blocks away from her bus stop. When my daughter told her she passed it, the bus driver told her to get off her bus and that she wasn’t turning around. These people act like they can do whatever with your kids. They never answer the phone so you can complain about the drivers. I’ve had problems throughout the years with a few of them acting incredibly unprofessional. Hopefully they get shut down and a new company opens up that actually cares about the kids they are transporting.

This company should have no place in charge of transporting children. The communication of their services to the school and parents is terrible. When trying to call their office, they do not answer. Communication and organization of school children should be a main priority, and this company misses the mark completely.

Bus driver just slammed the door on my kid who was right there and took off and left him myself and multiple other parents were honking for them to stop and the driver just sped away

If you value your children you'll just take them to school and pick them up they should NOT be the bussing company for the schools there's an hour window for pick up and drop off and if your a minute late they have a major attitude they were rude to my son treated him poorly and when you call for days and finally get ahold and talk to the "owner" they lie and badly at that my son is sped and the made him afraid of busses an now that I have to take the same route as them there dangerous on the roads they need to be investigated!

If you want your child safe don’t allow them to ride the bus…. Had a bus driver almost wreck the bus several times, with kids getting whiplash because bus driver had to slam on the breaks . The boss Chris was told about it and nothing ever was said….

Never answered my calls or messages... and when I finally got to talk to someone they told me i was in the wrong school district for my oldest, but found out we are not. Shouldn't they know that? They are the school bus depot. But luckily i found out the information for his bus via FB.

The lady that drives Bus #37 left my kids and a few others at the high school. She needs to be fired.

No stars (have to select at least one to leave review). Have had way too many problem. The driver last year bullied children and just didn’t care. Also at one point called my child stupid. This year they just didn't bring my child. There is construction, and rather than get ahold of parents, they just didn’t bring them. No call, nothing. If there was another company to use, I would. It’s a shame to have a company being responsible for our children that we cannot trust!
