    They told me I would be doing shuttling. Im not. I've been doing night time delivery and just dropping it off at a warehouse. It literally no different than what their day shift drivers are doing.

    The company does not care about drivers,I was there for 9 yrs,was there everyday and on time. I ran 550 miles a night, 60-65 hrs a week They tell you you have to work Saturday and when I told them I wasn't available they said if I wasn't there I would be fired.so be it.     The company as a whole I can't rate but in temple Texas the favoritism for certain drivers was displayed. The driver manager Tonya should NOT be head manager over peoples miles. You could be at work every single day and she'd still figure out a way to shorten your pay. It's bad enough that payroll isn't paying drivers for all their loads. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with a CDL. Oh and I was lied to about the pay. In the 11 months I worked there only 3 times my weekly pay was over a thousand dollars. Before you ask… yes my attendance was almost perfect.

    Poor communication and poor leadership. Health insurance is horrible weekly pay isn't as advertised. Matt and Ryan out of St. Louis are snakes. Do not rely or believe anything until it's confirmed. They're very untrustworthy

    Venture transport is nothing but a bullshit company they seem nice at first but treat you like #### the next minute. 2 truck drivers have been suspended for stuff that was stupid. One was suspended for looking at his dashboard while driving when he was in traffic going 1mph. Another got suspended for idling his truck because he was freezing his ### off. Venture doesn't care about your well-being. You ask for a day off for an anniversary or to spend time with family for the holidays they don't care they'll make you work anyway I have first hand witnessed all this and the bosses don't care either they are even worse the safety of venture is nothing but a joke

    Being an over the road driver when I came in it was time to go home here check for second loads in which some drivers comeback in and never get asked to run another load just burn they clock running they mouth and it's like the miles you run or getting cut in half when it's payday

    If I could give Venture less than one star I would. This company will mess up your pay, blame it on driver managers. They offer insurance that cost more than going out on your own and purchasing insurance. If you do take their insurance, Noone accepts it and if you happen to find someone who does take it the deductibles are so high. They preach on home and work life balance but they will use you and abuse you. The recruiters are great but they are never given all of the information to be able to give drivers accurate information. Empty promises to drivers then operations have to deal with trying to fix the lies the drivers were told.
