Should have come to read this first when I started I thought this was a great deal. But just as quick as it started they completely erased my name off their books and never called me back. One of the coldest things I have seen. I did All their training and was enjoying every thing about the company

Just delivered my first load picked up in Creedmoor North Carolina at Altec delivered to Portland Maine. Paid out over $715 in expenses $405 of that was fuel. Turns out if you're running out of Creedmoor the $1,054 includes the fuel. These runs are singles. The $310 is my plane ticket home, food, Uber, hotel room because you can't sleep in the vehicle it's not allowed. I lost money on this job! I almost forgot to mention that you pay them to build up a slush fund so you have money in an account if something happens it's a percentage of what you make but it's a small percentage every time you get paid until you reach $1,500 That being said keep in mind that I was running singles. I think you can make money doing this job if you have the setup to haul more than one at a time. Or the setup to haul your personal vehicle behind the truck that you're driving. Again it would be more in fuel costs hauling that extra weight. I did deal with a Jennifer Adams on the welcome committee. she's your dispatcher for your first few loads. I found her to be very helpful. Thank you Jennifer! And another woman in settlements was very helpful. The rest of the victory employees were not helpful at all. It just seemed that they didn't care. The equipment was a new utility truck Freightliner M2 with a boom on it. Small tank 28 gallons which means a lot of fuel stops. So I can say without a doubt that I will not be running loads for victory!! I can't afford to work for victory. I made zero money after taxes and expenses. I can say if I would have made money doing it I would keep doing it.

Have you ever felt utterly helpless, your needs ignored by the very people meant to assist you? Imagine reaching out for help, only to be met with indifference, incompetence, or even worse - a defensive outburst that shifts the blame onto you. Picture this: you're in a situation where you desperately need support. You reach out to dispatch, the supposed lifeline, the point of contact that should be your advocate. But instead of a helpful hand, you encounter what feels like a wall of apathy. They seem disengaged, perhaps even actively hindering your progress. And then, the ultimate insult: when your understandable frustration boils over - when the weight of their inaction and the urgency of your situation cause your voice to rise - they recoil, crying out, "Don't yell at me!" It's a gut punch. It feels like a calculated move to deflect responsibility, to silence your valid concerns. They use your natural reaction to their failings as a shield, effectively holding you hostage to their inaction. You're left feeling unheard, dismissed, and even punished for their shortcomings. This isn't just about a raised voice; it's about a fundamental breakdown in the system. It's about feeling powerless against a wall of indifference, where those meant to serve seem more concerned with their own comfort than with addressing the very real needs of the people relying on them. It breeds a deep sense of resentment, a feeling that the system is rigged against you, and that those in positions of responsibility are more interested in protecting their own inertia than in providing genuine assistance. This isn't about being unreasonable; it's about the profound frustration of being let down by the very people who are supposed to be there for you. It's about the infuriating experience of having your legitimate needs dismissed and your perfectly understandable anger weaponized against you.

Trucks are new. The company lowballs drivers and tries to come up with new ways to steal from them. No communication we are texting like high schoolers

An unprofessional crew of people who seems to lack formal managerial education. They claim what they don't do. Lie with suited and causes delays in driver fuel card activation. Yet fails to pay for downtime and hotel bills accrue. Go elsewhere no business skills, respect/trust.

Dispatch is horrible at Victory, Management is horrible, pay is a rip off because after paying to get out of places that have no transportation and you have to hire local people to help you out. They don't help with rentals or anything. They take your money so pay close attention to you pay. You can't get any help from dispatchers because they won't answer the phones, emails or text message and when you try to report problems to Management or the owner you still don't receive any help. If you have a break down they will take your money, its just not a good company to work for.

Company is a joke. Cannot make any money after you cover all travel expenses. They will take away your load board if not constantly running loads; most of which you cannot make any money or delivers to a place where you're unable to use Uber or Lyft to get to a bus station or airport to waste more time and money trying to get another load that doesn't make any money.
