Edit. I have spoke with some people at Warren that claim to be important. They were receptive and assured me that the problem I had won't happen again. I believe them and I will work with them again. This is not the respectable company it once was. Owner/operators, stay away. They WILL rob you. These are the kind of people that will slap a rate reduction on you for any reason. Even when they make the mistake. The condescending arrogance from customer service is unacceptable. These people are sloppy, rude and dishonest. So unprofessional. My problem with them is documented and verifiable. I will be persuing a claim against their surety bond. Save yourselves the trouble. You've been warned.

Reviews are scary. When I saw cameras facing the driver, that's a no go for me. I don't mind a dash cam. But I drive so I don't have to be watched. 35 years accident free. I don't need a babysitter.

Exp is okay, butter willstab you in the back and lie to you, I would go elsewhere. Not very friendly. Only about the money, plus they will put stuff on your work record, that they told you to do and lie about it Thxs but no thxs

They pretty much tried to hold our truck as hostage after being on the load for 24 hrs without getting loaded - shipper told us it was not ready and canceled , Warren Transport answered to us only next morning and refused to pay TONU because they wanted us to wait for UNKNOW amount of time in order to be compensated but no one was willing to tell us how much compensation would be. After numerous emails back and forth we had to pull our driver out and we got 0 compensation for lost day. Juts ridiculous and unprofessional people - EARL PUTZ to be exact - just do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

In 12 years of experience I have never worked with a worse company. They do not compensate for any of their mistakes & Earl was VERY unpleasant to work with. If I could submit this with 0 stars, I definitely would. Avoid working with these guys as much as you can.

Sold us a load that they couldn't cover, did not want to tell us that the appointment would be missed. Driver showed up and customer told us that the appointment was missed. We asked when it needed to be there they said 8:00am, we had to schedule a new appointment. Warren stated they would request layovers. Driver had to wait for 4 days. Warren stated customer denied layover, but this was Warrens fault. Warren refused to admit fault and had our driver sit for 4 days knowing customer would not pay this as this was Warrens fault and they did not disclose anything with us. Load was booked with Damir (Damo) we continuously reached out to Warren, they didn't even want to inform us that there was no layover, Damir chose not to speak to us involved Earl, who of course again would not admit fault by any means MEANWHILE THE CUSTOMER WAS TELLING US WHAT HAPPENED WHEN WE ARRIVED AT DELIVERY. We have worked with Warren for a few years, we are a great and trustworthy company. Warren disrespected our driver. Our driver lost 4 days of pay for a load they sold to us knowing we wouldn't make delivery appointment time. We are so disappointed in Warren as we have had many of our family members and friends work there for 20+ years. They have really gone downhill, a huge disappointment in the company this is definitely not what Bob Molinaro stood for.
